This cottage is located on a 12,000 square foot lot in a cottage subdivision that is quiet and private. Most occupants are full time summer residents. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. The main living space is furnished with all the requirements for cottage living. The floor has been redone with laminate flooring. The washroom is equipped with a four piece jacuzzi bath. A crib for an infant is available upon request. His & Her Mountain Bikes are available for your convenience as well. A large wrap around deck with a picnic table will allow you to enjoy those hot summer evenings outside. All guests are welcomed with a complimentary basket. The cottage is fully equipped with all linens, towels, face cloths, etc.. A propane Bar B Q, Fridge, and Stove as well as a Satellite TV and VCR/DVD for the children to play their favorite videos.
